Observances of
the Moon
Using the work of Professor Olmsted, we
have adapted the Gaulish calendar lunar months into a ritual calendar.
Our observances related to the moon are
also inspired by Alexei Kondratiev's "The Apple Branch" and his innovation of using
the Song of Amairgen to inspire us to relate to the lunar cycle in a Celtic
cultural context. For more background on this dynamic, please reference pages

In our practice, we honor the lunar cycle
by recognizing the beginning of each month by celebrating the coming of the new moon,
as well as the
full moon when the waxing cycle gives way to waning.
